Refund or replacement is allowed only with video proof showing:

  • πŸ“Œ Product was leaking due to packing issue

  • πŸ“Œ Wrong or missing item received

  • πŸ“Œ Any product defect not caused by the customer

⚠️ Without video proof, opened products are NOT refundable.


🚚 C. When Receiving the Parcel

  • If the parcel is already open, do NOT receive it from the rider.

  • If the seal is intact but inside the product has an issue:

    • Send video or clear images to our Help Number

    • Include your Name + Phone Number


⏱ D. Reporting Time

  • Product issue reporting time: Within 7 days of delivery

  • If product simply doesn’t suit you: Same day report required

  • After 7 days, no refund or exchange is possible
